You’ll be asked to confirm that you’re a parent and to enter the year you were born.
On the right side of the screen, click on the “Apps” icon. Open YouTube and log into your Google account. But how do you setup a profile for your kids using any browser? Just follow these steps: After you set up the profiles, you can download the app if you want to. And it’s even preferable to create YouTube Kids profiles for your children via the web portal. If you find this installation process complicated, or you simply don’t want to dedicate so much of your storage to the app, you can still use your PC to watch YouTube Kids. Finally, double-click the YouTube Kids app and start watching. Give it a few seconds, and you’ll see the YouTube Kids icon appear in the list of the emulator’s apps. Drag the APK file with your mouse and drop it into the BlueStakcs window. When the setup is done, and you have the main BlueStacks interface, go to the YouTube Kids APL file. If you don’t have one, make sure to create it. 
You’ll be prompted to log into your Google account.Once it’s done, you’ll see the BlueStacks icon on your desktop.
The installation will take several minutes and will depend on the speed of your computer.Use any folder you want but recommended is the Program Files. Once it’s done, start the BlueStacks by initiating the installation. Don’t be alarmed if the download process takes longer than usual.Download the BlueStacks player and then the YouTube Kids APK file.
